		<description>Below is a link to an article about Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen speaking at The Aspen Institute about the firing of General Stanley McChrystal.  Admiral Mullen is held in high regard by the Navy for his leadership skills and integrity so it comes as no surprise that he would be disappointed in the &quot;command climate&quot; created by General McChrystal.
