Even had occasion to recommend it on my blog again today. So, having established my "fan" credentials, I have to tell you that the phrase "make them feel that" they have a stake in the future of the company is the second step. The first is making sure they DO have it. It's not about persuading people unless you're helping them see the truth. Michael, I’ve read your book.
