So, having established my &quot;fan&quot; credentials, I have to tell you that the phrase &quot;make them feel that&quot; they have a stake in the future of the company  is the second step. The first is making sure they DO have it. It&#039;s not about persuading people unless you&#039;re helping them see the truth.</description>
