Hi Michael- Enjoyed your post and your blog overall very much; particularly how you include examples outside of corporate life and the workplace that are applicable to the world we all work in. There can be times practitioners untentionally become myopic and don’t look outside their immediate world for applicability and inspiration, so thanks for reminding us of the larger function work plays in sustaining society.
